Method 2: Push T-Nut into T-Slot at an angle then snap into place so it ends up flat. You can lever the allen wrench in the screw hole to help with this. This method is what you will use once the ends are blocked. Page 5 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)
Page 6
If you are installing vertically and need to hold the T-Nut in place, you can put the long end of the allen wrench into the T-Slot channel to hold it from below. Page 6 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)
Page 7
→ Method 3: Place bolts into holes. Then loosely attach T-nuts onto bolts. Then you can slide the entire assembly into the T-slot all at once. This can save a huge amount of time! Page 7 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)

This allows you to position the wheelbase in the right spot, tighten the single bolt, and then be free to mount the other 3 bolts into the wheelbase without having to hold it. Page 27 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)
Page 28
2. Adjust the tilt as needed / desired. For the universal wheel deck the Gussets themselves are designed to allow +15° / -15° of tilt. For Side and Front mounts tilt is adjusted via the arcs in the side mounts. Page 28 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)
Page 29
2. Install two of the THREADED Corner Gussets onto the TOP slot of the side rail. Be sure all threads are pointing upwards as this is what the pedal plate will screw into. Page 29 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)
Page 30
Pass 4 x 16mm Standard Bolts through the pedal plate and screw into the threaded holes in the Gussets from the top. You may need to push side rails in or out slightly to get everything to align correctly to put bolts in. This is normal. Page 30 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)

Page 33
4. Slide the top T-Slot Joiners back into the middle of the seam once again connecting the pedal plate assembly profiles. 5. Tighten everything down again. Tighten all of the T-Slot Joiners and the 6 bolts connecting to the uprights to ensure everything is solid again. Page 33 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)

Switch the 20” 3-Slot Profile (with Logo printed on back) and the 20” 2-Slot Profile midrail. This way the 3-Slot is now in the middle, and the 2-Slot is now on the (lower) back giving more seat tilt than otherwise possible. Page 39 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)
Page 40
Move the universal wheel deck closer so that it mounts only to the closest slot (instead of both slots). This gets you an extra few inches of reach while still being quite rigid and strong. Page 40 RCP Cockpit PRO MK3 Manual (v.03/2025.2)
