Software changes and currency updates The CCE 7200 can be updated quickly and easily via USB and currencies can also be exchanged via these updates. Please contact your distributor directly if you have any questions about special currencies. You will be informed about important updates to your machine via the CCE GmbH newsletter. -

Selection of counting variants and sorting functions: The CCE 7200 offers various counting variants or modes to optimally process the banknotes according to your requirements. Below you will find an overview of the options. List button in the top right-hand corner, you can display the serial numbers of the banknotes counted. You can also print out the serial numbers using the PRINT button in this menu with the denomination and serial number of the banknote.

Piece counting without counterfeit detection (display: COUNT) In count mode, counterfeit detection is deactivated and all types of paper that can be processed by the CCE 7200 in terms of size and paper thickness can be counted. No value is determined, only the number of pieces is counted. -

Print Function (PRINT) For billing purposes, the CCE 7200 offers you the option of printing out the counting result with the counted values, the individual totals and the grand total via the built-in printer or an optional external printer from CCE. Please note that we cannot guarantee the function of external printers and do not offer support for them. -

The maximum value for the counting stop is 200 banknotes. Serial number readout If serial number reading is activated (see settings in the setup menu in this manual), the CCE 7200 automatically reads out all serial numbers of the notes during the counting process. -

SERIAL NO. / PRINTER (Activating and deactivating the serial number readout and the printer) Please select in this menu item whether you want the serial numbers to be read out during the counting process or not. -

In the case of an update or a new currency package, you will receive a USB stick with detailed instructions how to update the device. Please note that if you use your own USB sticks, no guarantee can be given that they will be accepted by the CCE 7200. -

You should therefore proceed cautiously in small steps. If the CCE 7200 feeds not only one but also several banknotes, please turn the adjusting screw in the direction of the "-" sign. If the banknotes are fed into the machine poorly or at an angle, please turn the adjusting screw in the direction of the "+" sign. -
Page 16: Cleaning The Sensors
Therefore, please clean the sensors of the CCE 7200 at regular intervals. When cleaning the machine, always switch off the machine and disconnect the mains plug. The CCE 7200 allows you to open the machine without tools by opening the rear part of the machine to gain easy access to the sensors. -

Error management The CCE 7200 is equipped with a comprehensive error management system to inform you about problems with cash processing and counterfeit detection, but also to draw your attention to soiling of sensors. Please pay particular attention to the instructions for cleaning the machine on page 16 in order to avoid errors caused by contaminated sensors and to achieve optimum results when counting banknotes. -
