Wir beglückwünschen Sie zum Kauf Ihres RAZE-CAT-Produkts, das höchste Qualitätsansprüche erfüllt. Aus diesem
Grund leisten wir als Hersteller Ihnen als Endkunde gerne eine unentgeltliche Garantie gemäß den nachstehenden
Bedingungen:
Wir leisten Garantie durch kostenlose Behebung der Mängel (nach unserer Wahl: Reparatur, Austausch ggf. durch
ein Nachfolgemodell oder Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises), die innerhalb der Garantiezeit auf einem Material- oder
Herstellungsfehler beruhen.
Die Garantiezeit für Ihr erworbenes RAZE-CAT-Produkt beträgt 3 Jahre und beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum Ihres Pro-
duktes. Diese Herstellergarantie lässt gesetzliche Gewährleistungsansprüche, die Ihnen als Verbraucher gegenüber
dem Verkäufer nach geltendem Recht einschließlich besonderer Schutzbestimmungen für Verbraucher zustehen
können, unberührt.
Die hier beschriebenen Leistungen gelten zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüchen und beschrän-
ken oder ersetzen diese nicht.
Darüber hinaus ist die Garantie ausgeschlossen:
+ bei einem gebrauchsbedingten oder sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß von Produktteilen oder Mängeln am RAZE-
CAT-Produkt, die auf gebrauchsbedingtem oder sonstigem natürlichem Verschleiß zurückzuführen sind
+ bei nicht bestimmungs- oder unsachgemäßem Gebrauch des Produkts oder Missachtung der Bedienungshinweise
+ wenn An- und Umbauten bzw. sonstige Modifikationen an dem Produkt eigenmächtig vorgenommen wurden oder
Mängel auf die Verwendung von Zubehör-, Ergänzungs- oder Ersatzteilen zurückzuführen sind, die keine RAZE-
CAT-Originalteile sind,
+ wenn Wartung und Pflege der Produkte nicht entsprechend der Bedienungsanleitung erfolgt sind,
+ wenn Anbau und Installation nicht gemäß den Installationsvorschriften von RAZE-CAT ausgeführt wurden,
+ bei Transportschäden oder -verlusten.
Geltendmachung
Wenn Sie Ihr Produkt reklamieren wollen, senden Sie es bitte vollständig und frachtfrei mit dem Original-Kaufbeleg,
der die Angabe des Kaufdatums und der Produktbezeichnung enthalten muss, an Ihren Händler oder direkt an uns.
Congratulations on the purchase of your raze-cat product, which meets the highest quality standards. For this
reason, we as the manufacturer are happy to provide you as the end customer with a free guarantee in accordance
with the following conditions:
We provide a guarantee by remedying defects free of charge (at our discretion: repair, replacement if necessary
with a successor model or refund of the purchase price) which are due to a material or manufacturing defect within
the guarantee period.
The warranty period for your purchased raze-cat product is 3 years and begins with the date of purchase of your
product. This manufacturer's warranty is without prejudice to any statutory warranty claims to which you as a consu-
mer may be entitled against the seller under applicable law, including any special consumer protection provisions.
The benefits described herein are in addition to the statutory warranty claims and do not limit or replace them.
In addition, the warranty is excluded:
+ in the event of use-related or other natural wear and tear of product parts or defects in the raze-cat product
which are attributable to use-related or other natural wear and tear,
+ in the event of improper or inappropriate use of the product or disregard of the operating instructions,
+ if attachments and conversions or other modifications are made to the product without authorisation. if the pro-
duct has been fitted, modified or otherwise altered without authorisation or if defects can be attributed to the use
of accessories, supplements or spare parts which are not original raze-cat parts,
+ if the products have not been maintained and cared for in accordance with the operating instructions,
+ if fitting and installation have not been carried out in accordance with raze-cat's installation instructions,
+ in the event of damage or loss in transit.
Claim
If you wish to claim your product, please send it complete and carriage paid with the original sales receipt, which
must include the date of purchase and the product designation, to your dealer or directly to us.
