Can the Carrier 2-ton 45MBDAQ be mounted vertically on a wall with the air outlet on top side rather than horizontally on a ceiling?

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
May 11, 2025

No, the Carrier 2-ton 45MBDAQ cannot be mounted vertically on a wall with the air outlet on the top side. The installation instructions specify that the ceiling must be horizontal and able to support the unit's weight, indicating it is designed for ceiling-mounted installation, not vertical wall mounting.
