To make a call on the Lively Jitterbug Flip2 after not using it for a while:

1. Open the phone to turn it on.
2. Use the large tactile buttons to dial the number.
3. Press the call button (typically green) to place the call.

If you're unsure or need help, you can also use Alexa by saying, “Alexa, call [contact name],” if it's set up.
