Before designing a cryostat or other equipment incorporating refrigerators or before using the refrigerators, read this section carefully and understand the content for safe use of the refrigerator. 1.

Use the refrigerator after confirming the safety precautions or measures when pumping the mixture of oxygen and flammable gas into the vacuum chamber.

When disassembling your refrigerator, please contact our Service Engineering Division or the nearest customer support center first for technical assistance. If you will perform maintenance or disassembly of the refrigerator by yourself, take the following special precautions for maintenance or disassembly of the refrigerator.
