Oil change should be done by an authorized GPX dealer. • Genuine “GPX OIL” is designed and recommended for your motorcycle. • Please choose an oil grade equal to (or more than) 10W-40, API SL. GPX will not be responsible for any damage caused by unsuitable engine oil.
Changing the Gear oil Changing the rear axle oil should be done by an authorized GPX dealer. The rear axle oil cap (A) and the rear axle oil drain screw (B) are located on the left side of the vehicle.
• Turn the handlebars so that the brake fluid level is horizontal. The brake fluid level in the inspection window must be above the “MIN” (a) line. • If the brake fluid level is lower than the lower level, contact an authorized GPX dealer to adjust the brake fluid level. Recommended Brake Fluid: DOT 4.

• Check the handlebars for excessively tight brake cables. • If there is a problem that cannot be solved by yourself, please take the motorcycle to a GPX service center. Fuse Inspection and Replacement Turn off the ignition and check the fuse for damage. Replace the blown fuse with a new one with the same amperage (30A*1/20A*1/15A*4/10A*2).
Spark Plug Inspection Has the spark plug inspected by an authorized GPX dealer If the electrode is dirty or the insulator is damaged, replace it. Measure the spark plug clearance (A) with a feeler gauge. The spark plug clearance should be approximately 0.7 ~ 0.8 mm.
• Remove the 4 screws (a) and remove the air filter cover. • Remove the 10 screws and remove the air filter cover. • If the air filter is damaged or dirty, have it replaced by an authorized GPX sellers. • Install the air filter by reversing the removal procedure.
• Turn the adjuster counterclockwise to decrease the preload (softer). • Make sure to adjust both shocks to be equal. • Preload adjustment should be carried out by an authorized GPX dealer. • The lower rear shock tightening torque is 15-18 Nm.
If this indicator light is on while riding, it means that you may have a serious problem with the EFI system. In some cases, when this light is on, a warning beep may also sound. Has your motorcycle inspected by a GPX dealer as soon as possible?
