P a g e CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION PRODUCT OVERVIEW TL9248 is a professional bidirectional transcoder to convert video between H.264 and MPEG-2 format and also to transcode between HD and SD programs simultaneously. It is equipped with 6 Tuner inputs and an IP input to receive digital channels. After transcoding, it outputs MPTS & SPTS through the DATA port or ASI port.

P a g e | 27 CHAPTER 4 WEB NMS OPERATION Besides using LCD and navigation buttons to configure system parameters, user can also control and set the device with computer by connecting the device to computer through NMS Port—Web Management Page, where users can parse programs input from different channels, operate multiplexing, modify program information and so on.
