5A20N SPECIFICATION

The 5A20N Differential Amplifier is a high-gain differ-
ential amplifier plug-in for use with Tektronix 5100-series
oscilloscopes. The unit features high sensitivity with direct-
coupled inputs (50 :.V/DIV}, arid has a high common-mode
rejection ratio. An illuminated knob skirt provides deflec-
tion factor readout. The unit has a bandwidth capability of
DC to one megahertz, and a front-pane! pushbutton switch
allows reduction of the upper bandwidth limit, thus increas-
ing the signal-to-noise ratio for low-frequency applications,
This instrument will meet the performance requirements
listed in Table 1-1 following complete calibration as given
in Section 4. The following electrical characteristics apply
over an ambient temperature range of O°C to +50°C,
