    Before you Clean, Test First Your Optim steam mop is designed to clean hard flooring such as ceramic tile, vinyl, laminate, marble, stone and sealed hard wood floors. Use of your steam mop on waxed or some unwaxed floors may result in a diminished gloss.

    Maintenance IMPORTANT! Always unplug the power plug from the power supply before performing any maintenance. WARNING! Allow the steam mop to fully cool down before performing any maintenance or troubleshooting checks. Remove the water tank by pressing the Water Tank Release Button.

Regular use of a descaling solution will remove this build up and restore the efficiency of your steam mop. We recommend that the descaling solution is used every 3 months to enhance the performance of your steam mop.
