    2.2.3 Cascade Board NOTE! Cascade boards are only required when connecting board enclosures. The cascade boards are used for connecting board enclosures, and support connecting 5 board enclosures. Cascade Interface 2.2.4 Service Board This device provides ten slots for different service boards, you can freely match boards according to application scenarios.
  • Page 7 3.2 Place the Device 3.2.1 Place the Device into a Cabinet Plan the space in the cabinet based on the device height (3U). If the cabinet is equipped with a tray, preferentially use the tray. Otherwise, purchase a bracket slide rail from our company.

Align the power module with the slot, and press the latch to push the power module inward gently until it is firmly locked. 3.5 (Optional) Install the Cable Management Bracket You can use a cable management bracket (sold separately) to keep cables organized. Use a Phillips screwdriver to fix the four screws attached to the cable management bracket to the positions shown in the figure below on both sides of the chassis.

    Fix the cable management bracket onto the screws on both sides of the chassis. 3.6 Connect Cables 3.6.1 Connect the Grounding Cable Connect one end of the grounding cable to the grounding screw of your device and the other end to a reliable grounding position. 3.6.2 Connect the Mini-SAS HD Cable Connect the cascade board and the switch board of the board enclosure via four Mini- SAS HD cables as shown in the figure below.

    Startup CAUTION! Before connecting the power supply, ensure that the device is properly  grounded: it is recommended to use a single-phase three-wire power socket with a neutral point, and the neutral point must be reliably grounded in the building. The full load power of the device is less than 350 W.
