Without switching it off, move the wallpaper
stripper to a new location.
Use a putty knife to lift the loosened wall
paper, and pull it off completely.

MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING
Cleaning the boiler
Disconnect from mains and make sure it
is cold.
To clean the boiler, fill the boiler with water
and shake it vigorously to loosen any scale
that has settled at the bottom of the boiler.
Pour the water out of the boiler and the
scale will be flushed out.
De-scaling the boiler
In order to keep the heat-up time constant it is
recommended to de-scale your cleaner at
regular intervals.
FAULT POSSIBLE CAUSE

Unit not switched on
Switch to power remote
handle control not switched on
Hose connector not pushed
in properly
No water in boiler
Very little steam Variable steam controller not open
Some models only
Very long heat up time Unit calcified
Loud whistling noise Pressure fault

from rear of machine

Mix one litre of water with 0.25 litre of
vinegar and pour into the boiler with the
funnel provided.
Shake the cleaner and then allow the
mixture to work for at least one hour.
Rinse the boiler until water is clear

Check fuse, cable plug and socket
Switch on correct switch and read instructions

Make sure hose connector is assembled
correctly to cleaner
Refill with water as instructions
Adjust steam controller knob
De calcify (de-scale) unit
Return the product to your
