Underblanket with tie
tapes
• Use only as an underblanket and do not
use above the occupant of the bed.
• The blanket must be secured to the
mattress in the following manner. Place
the blanket directly on the mattress and
ensure that a space of 10-15cm (4-6
inches) is left between the bottom edge
of the blanket and mattress.
• WARNING: Ensure the blanket is not
folded, rucked or creased. When in
use do not cover with pillows.
Fitting instructions
1 At the starting position the tape must be
passed under the corner of the mattress,
threaded up through the centre eyelet,
passed under the adjacent corner,
threaded through both eyelets on the
long side of the blanket, passed under
bottom corner, threaded through centre
eyelet, passed under the remaining
corner and finally tied securely to the
corner eyelet at the finish position (see
diagram A).
• If the blanket is stretched too tightly, not
allowing for 'give' of mattress when the
bed is occupied, distortion of the edges
may take place.

1 Place the blanket directly on the
mattress, with the control switch end at
the head of the bed.
• The blanket must be secured to the
mattress in the following manner. Place
the blanket directly on the mattress and
ensure that a space of 10-15cm (4-6
inches) is left between the bottom edge
of the blanket and mattress (see diagram
B).
