Turn OFF power supplying this
equipment before working inside.

Landing Pad Assembly Neutral
Landing Pad Assembly Phase A
Landing Pad Assembly Phase B
Landing Pad Assembly Phase C
Bolt 3/8
Belleville washer 3/8
Flat washer 3/8
Carriage Bolt 3/8
Hex nut 3/8
Screw M10
Belleville washer M10
Installation of Lug Landing Pad Assembly
1. Turn OFF power supplying the equipment
2. Remove the cover and the line side barrier
3. Unscrew the screws to remove partition barrier top
assembly
4. Remove Previous landing pads assemblies
5. Install Neutral Landing Pad:
- Align the holes of the new landing pad with: neutral
busbar & apple insulator
- Insert 3/8 carriage bolts below the neutral busbar
and through the neutral landing pad.
- Add flat washer (1), belleville washer (2) and hex nuts
to secure the carriage bolt.
6. Install Other Landing Pads (phase A-C and, if
applicable, B):
- Align the holes of the new landing pads with:
Breaker & apple insulator
- Insert M10 screws and washer between the landing
pads and the breaker.
7. Insert 3/8 bolts with flat washers (1) and belleville
washers (2) to secure the landing pads to the apple
insulators.
8. Apply torque on all screws and bolts:
M10 Screw: Torque 18 N.m
3/8 Hex nuts: Torque 300 lb.in
3/8 Bolts: Torque 300 lb.in
9. Re-assemble partition barrier top and line side barrier
