12 (twelve) months from the date of the shipment by the side of the manufacturer to the Customer. If the Customer does not want to lose the right of guarantee, he shall notify immediately Busch Vac- uum Solutions about the damage mentioning serial number of the machine. Busch Vacuum Solu- tions will decide under its unquestionable judgement to repair the faulty part or to ask the Customer to send the faulty part back for technical inspections and/or eventual reparation. -
