Left Cooking Zone Indicator Light The indicator light illuminates when the griddle plate reaches This indicator light flashes when the left cooking zone is heating 100°F or higher, warning the user that the surface is hot to help up and remains solid once it reaches the target temperature. -

OPERATIng INSTRUCTIONS WARNING Remove all packaging materials and protective film before operating your griddle. Any parts sealed by the manufacturer must not be opened or altered by the user. IMPORTANT - FIRST TIME USE: Wash the griddle surface thoroughly before its first use. Before using the griddle for the first time, perform an initial burn-off by setting the griddle to its highest temperature. - Page 9 OPERATIng INSTRUCTIONS PREHEAT YOUR Griddle Preheating is essential for optimal griddle performance and an excellent cooking experience. CARE AND MAINTENANCE cleaning The griddle should be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis: OUTSIDE PARTS AND GRIDDLE PLATE: The outside parts and ceramic non-stick griddle plate can be cleaned easily with warm soapy water. GREASE CUP: The grease cup can be cleaned easily with warm soapy water. CAUTION: The grease cup must be kept clean and free of heavy buildup for the griddle to perform properly and to eliminate flare-ups. -
