MAINTENANCE REPLACING THE GEARS Perform the Pressure Relief Procedure and unplug the sprayer. Inspect the armature gear (10) on the end of the motor for damage or excessive wear. If this gear is completely worn out, Loosen and remove the four screws (Fig. 2, item 1) that secure the replace the entire motor. -
