    • Never use unsafe practices to bleed a pressurized hose or coupler. Use only a specially- designed coupler bleed tool such as a CT-604 Safety Tool available through Hydra-Slide Ltd. • Do not apply any external forces to the load or turntable other than those from proper use of the supplied hydraulic cylinder(s) except under exceptional circumstances and when approved by a competent person.

    1.4.3 Residual Risks and Protective Measures Observing the safety precautions indicated in these Instructions minimizes the risks associated with using the TT150-6 Turntable, however residual risks remain in any operation of high- pressure hydraulic systems. 1.4.4 In Case of Breakdown In case of equipment breakdown or other operational problems, cease operation immediately and take any necessary steps to secure equipment and protect surroundings and personnel.

    2 - ASSEMBLY AND SETUP • Establish a clear path for the load to be rotated. • Raise load (using other means) to a sufficient height to place skid system under. • Place turntable under load. NOTE: Lift only using the supplied lifting lugs. NOTE: Turntable must be set up on a level surface and kept level at all times.

    3 - OPERATION • Insert the push cylinder(s) onto the main cylinder support pin(s) and make sure the rod end attachment will engage one of the ring pins. • Attach suitable 10,000 psi (700 bar) rated hydraulic hoses to the cylinder quick coupler fittings.
  • Page 10 • If the load has been rotated too far, simply remove the push cylinder(s) from the support pin(s), turn over 90° and reposition in the opposite direction. Following the directions above, rotate the load backwards as required. • When the desired orientation has been reached, raise the load (using other means) to a sufficient height to remove the turntable and then lower the load into position.

    Repair or replace any broken, worn, or damaged components. Contact Hydra-Slide Ltd. for any replacement parts. 4.1.1 Turntable Disassembly To dismantle the turntable, unbolt the retainer plate, and lift off the turntable’s rotating disc.

    5 - TRANSPORTATION, HANDLING, AND STORAGE • The turntable system should only be lifted using the attached D-rings. • The turntable can be disassembled for ease of handling; see instructions above in Section 4.1.1. • Transport and handle in a safe manner and always ensure that the turntable and parts are properly secured and prevented from unexpected movement.

Never attempt to grasp a leaking pressurized hose with your hands. The force of escaping hydraulic fluid could cause serious injury.

Clean the areas around the fluid ports of the pump and cylinder. Inspect all threads and fittings for signs of wear or damage, and replace as needed. Clean all hose ends, couplers and union ends.
