Page 2: Before You Get Started
Introduction The Ag Drone BatchMate Direct is a mixing and delivery system specifically designed for ag drone applications. The system uniquely has two tanks that allows one to be used for active refilling of the drones while the other is utilized to mix another batch of the same chemical composition, ensuring seamless tank change over and continued applications. - Page 3 Drone Batchmate Direct Version Set-Up This setup is for the Drone Batchmate Direct with Oval Gear meter. With this version, all products being added and the water will be added by running it through the meter. The water will be added by manually turning the water pump on and controlling flow with the on/ off water valve until the meter reaches the required amount.
- Page 4 The hose from the unit to the Drone fill area is not included, but components are available from FarmChem.com. Note: When the Drone pump is turned on it will run for a minimum of 15 seconds, even if the switch is shut off.

If you purchased the 10 gallon mix tanks we offer they are plumbed with a quick attach fitting that will plug into the Remco pump on the back of the stand.

The pump should turn itself off when the drone valve is closed. All tanks and plumbing should be rinsed at the end of the day.
