About This Manual Emissions Information This manual covers the features and operation of the Ryvid OUTSET motorcycle. The terms The Ryvid OUTSET is a true freeway-capable, zero emissions vehicle under California Air “right” or “left” reference right or left as viewed by a rider seated on the OUTSET.
• The Ryvid Anthem OUTSET is a powerful motorcycle that requires extreme caution when operating. • The Anthem OUTSET is primarily a street bike with limited off-road capabilities. Important Battery Conditioning CAUTION: Battery conditioning and balance is of the upmost importance. Before riding, it is necessary to fully charge your battery on receipt of your Anthem OUTSET, or after any period of storage longer than 15 days. A full charge is 85.3+ or more volts indicated on the display. During shipping or storage of 15 days or longer, slight imbalance can develop between the cells of the battery pack.

Braking Regenerative Braking Regenerative braking allows for the recovery of electrical Mechanical Braking energy during breaking by using the electric motor as an electric generator, which slows down the motorcycle. Proper maintenance of the OUTSET’s battery is critical for its longevity. Suspension Settings The Anthem is equipped with suspension components that can be adjusted to suit the rider’s performance and comfort preferences. Tire speci昀椀cations approved by Ryvid can be located on the FMVSS label for your OUTSET (refer to FMVSS label below). Brakes Brake Fluid Replacement The 昀氀uid level in the reservoirs may drop slightly during normal Brake 昀氀uid must be replaced every 12 months regardless of the distance the motorcycle has been ridden. Use only DOT 4 brake 昀氀uid. It is recommended that this procedure is carried out by a use as a result of brake pad wear but should not be allowed to drop below the MIN mark.
