2 CAUTION
Make sure that when this product is used in
places where vibration is much applied, it may
cause misalignment.
Make sure that when shock is applied to this
product, it may cause misalignment. If the beam
axis is misaligned, align the beam axis again.
3 MOUNTING
Use attached M3 (length 14mm) screws with
washers for mounting the sensor on this product.
The tightening torque should be 0.5N m or less.

This product accommodates vertical mounting
and horizontal mounting.
When mounting this product to the surface, use
M3 screws (please arrange separately).
In case of vertical mounting

4 BEAM AXIS ALIGNMENT
1. Tighten the angle fixing screw temporarily at 0.2 to
0.3N m.

Note: If the angle fixing screw is not temporalily tightend, it
may cause misalignment.
2. Align the beam axis by tightening the vertical
adjustment screw and the horizontal adjustment
screw.

Horizontal adjustment screw
Note: Do not tighten too much until the end of the adjustment
screw touches the mounting surface.
3. Tighten the angle fixing screw at 0.8 to 1.2N m.

Note: When the angle fixing screw is tightend, the beam
axis may misalign. If the beam axis is misaligned,
return to the procedure 1 and align the beam axis
again.
