  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions ② x 14 DO NOT fully tighten the bolts or screws initially until all the bolts or screws are ready to assemble. To avoid causing damages to the thread, DO NOT over-tighten the bolts or screws. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions ③ x 8 3. Glue Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on the Panels (B, C and D). Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe off the excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.

Insert two 50mm Pan Head Screws (5) through the mounting holes on the Bottom Panel (E) and securely screw into the Partition Panel (C) with a Phillips screwdriver (not provided).
  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions Hinge Support ① x 2 6. Align and attach the Right Side Panel (D) to the Bottom Panel (E) by engaging two Cam Locks (1), making sure that the arrow on the face of cam lock faces out and points towards the holes on the closest end.

Insert eight Shelf Pins (8) into the desired holes in the sides of each compartment. Make sure you place four shelf pins in the same level to level the shelf.

Pick up Middle Door (J) and attach the installed Half Crank Arm Euro Hinge (M) to the Partition Panel (C), using the pilot holes as a guide. Turn four 15 mm Nickel Flat Head Screws (7) a few turns through the CENTERS of the oval holes in the hinges.

Pick up Side Door (I) and attach the installed Crank Arm Euro Hinge (N) to the Side Panels (B and D), using the pilot holes as a guide. Turn four 15 mm Nickel Flat Head Screws (7) a few turns through the CENTERS of the oval holes in the hinges.
