    ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Slide the Top Plate (A1) off the Quick Release Bracket (A), and set aside the Bottom Plate (A2) for use in a future step. Orient the trolling motor on the Top Bracket (A1) so that the front of the trolling motor is on the opposite side of the slots seen on the Top Bracket (A1).
  • Page 5 STEP 2 Slide the trolling motor and Top Plate (A1) back onto the Bottom Bracket (A2). Secure Top and Bottom Plate (A1,A2) together to refrom Quick Release Bracket (A), using M6x25mm Thumbscrews (S-A).
  • Page 6 STEP 3 Place your trolling motor and Quick Release Bracket (A) onto the deck of your boat and find the desired orientation for the trolling motor. Make sure to take into account any special placement requirements for your trolling motor, please refer to the trolling motor instruction manual.
  • Page 7 STEP 4 Once the deck is marked, remove the trolling motor and Quick Release Bracket (A). Separate Top and Bottom Plates (A1, A2) again. Place the Bottom Plate (A2) in the outlined section on the boat deck and mark out the desired screw holes.
  • Page 8 STEP 5 Install the Bottom Plate (A2) to the boat deck using the M6x50mm Screw (S-F), Large M6 Washers (S-B), Small M6 Washers (S-D), and M6 Nuts (S-C). Tighten using a 10mm socket wrench and Wrench Set (T-A).
  • Page 9 STEP 6 Slide the trolling motor onto the Bottom Plate (A2). Use the M6x25mm Thumbscrews (S-A) to fasten the two together.
  • Page 10 Optional: Add a Padlock for Added Safety If desired, a padlock can be used to secure the Quick Release Bracket to prevent theft.
