IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 1. Plug the power cord into a surge protector (not included) then plug the surge protector into a grounded circuit. No other appliances should be on the same circuit. 2. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Open the packing boxes, set the treadmill in a clear area, and remove all packaging materials. Refer to the page of parts included to identify the parts used in assembly. Do not dispose the packaging materials until assembly is completed.

INCLINE LEVEL ADJUSTMENT. Pull out the ball pin (34) and insert it according to the number of tap positions 1, 2, and 3 shown on the left. Same operation on the left side as well to ensure the same number of tap positions to keep balance of the treadmill.

DIRECTION FOR MOVING THE TREADMILL Press the base tube of the treadmill with one of your foot as shown in the below picture. Hold the rear side of the main frame and push it down. Push the treadmill and move it with the rollers shown in the below picture.
GROUNDING METHODS This product must be grounded. If it malfunctions or breaks down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

WARM UP STAGE Before exercise, it is better to warm up. Warm muscles stretch more easily, so spend the first 5 ~ 10 minutes to warm up. Then, follow the methods below to do stretching exercises - do five times for each leg, each time holding for 10 seconds or more.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning or maintenance. General cleaning will greatly prolong the treadmill’s life. Keep the treadmill clean by dusting regularly. Be sure to clean the exposed part of the deck on either side of the walking belt and also the side rails. Keep your running shoes clean to avoid foreign material underneath the walking belt.
BELT ADJUSTMENT We suggest that you should cut off the power for 10 minutes after running for 1.5 hours to maintain the treadmill. The belt will slip if it is too loose while in use; if the belt is too tight, it will affect the performance of the motor and increase the abrasion of the roller and belt.

SAFETY KEY FEATURE AND FUNCTIONS: The safety key is designed to function as an emergency stop mechanism. For this reason it is extremely important that the safety key CORD is attached to your clothing at all times while using the treadmill. As soon as the safety key is pulled out from the sensor on the treadmill, the treadmill will stop immediately with the beep signaling and the windows display “---”.

WORKING PROGRAM: Press PROG to change among P01 to P12. It will display any of P01~P12 in the LCD window. You only need to preset the time.
