    Important Operating Instructions 1. Insert the power plug directly into the socket. 2. Read the manual before operating the equipment. 3. Changes in speed do not occur immediately. 4. While on the treadmill, move with caution as distractions may cause you to lose balance and stray from walking in the center of the belt.

    Assembly Parts and Tools Required Please check carefully if all items inside the packaging box are complete and in good condition. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact customer service!
  • Page 7: Assemble The Treadmill

    Assemble the Treadmill STEP 1 Fix the left upright tube (C) to the bottom frame and secure it firmly with below bolts and tool. STEP 2 Connect the signal wire pins of E1-lower&E2. Fix the right upright tube (B) to the bottom frame and secure firmly with below bolts and tool. Attention: Do not pinch the wire during fix of all bolts.
  • Page 8 STEP 3 Connect signal wire pins of E1-upper&E3. Fix the handle bar set (D) to both left&right upright tubes,and secure with below bolts and tool. Attention: Do not pinch the wire during fix of all bolts. STEP 4 Connect signal wire pins of E4&E5. Fix the console set (I) to the handle bar set and secure it firmly with below bolts and tool.
  • Page 9 STEP 5 Fix console back cover (E) to the console set (I) , and secure it firmly with below bolts and tool. STEP 6 Insert 4pcs of caps (J) into the left right handle bars.
  • Page 10 STEP 7 Fix left and right upright tube covers(L&K) to the frame with below way. STEP 8 Insert the safety key (F) into the socket of the console, and also attach the clip of the safety pulling rope to your clothing before every time running. Assemble complete! Please put the safety key to where the children are not easy to get when treadmill is not in use.

    How to Fold & Unfold This is a power folding treadmill, fold & unfold is controlled by button located on right side of console set. (No.2 FOLD/UNFOLD button) Unfold the treadmill: Attention: Before unfolding, please make sure that there are no people, pets or objects are under the running deck to avoid possible injuries may caused by crushing.
  • Page 12 Fold the treadmill: Attention: Before folding, please make sure that there are no people, pets or objects are placed on the running deck. When the machine is under unfolded state, and you want to fold the treadmill, press No.2 FOLD/UNFOLD button for folding. -During the process of folding, the console will show “FOLDING”.

This machine is a power folding mechanism, the slight folding/unfolding sound that may occur during the process of folding/unfolding is normal, please rest assured to use it. 2. If the treadmill has been used for a long time, and the folding/unfolding process is accompanied with abnormal noise, it means that the rotation shaft may need to be lubricated.

    Important Electrical Information WARNING: This treadmill requires a right power source in order to properly operate. For your safety, as well as the safety of others, please verify that the power source is correct before plugging the equipment. Any incorrect power source could cause significant damage to the equipment and or user. GROUNDING METHODS: This product must be grounded.

    Operation Guide Window Display : Display current distance. : Displays the time elapsed. Display starts at 0:00.When time elapsed reaches the maximum, the machine will stop. : Displays steps that the user has walked. TIME/ STEPS share the same window, and will show in turn every 5 seconds. : Display the consumed calories.

MODE: Press this button to choose among time count down, distance count down, and calories count down. Press “START/PAUSE” button to get started. 2.1 TIME COUNT DOWN Under standby mode, press MODE button till TIME window shows default value.

Please read manual part of “How to connect with wireless wearable devices to read heart rate” , and connect your Bluetooth wireless wearable device with treadmill first before start HP programs.

    Bluetooth Audio: Enable the Bluetooth of your device, search for the Bluetooth name start with “MARATHON-A” for connection, display the audio of your device from the speaker of the machine. You can adjust the volume of the machine from your device volume control button, or you can adjust the volume of the machine from the volume control button of the treadmill.
  • Page 23 Lubrication Remind Function: This machine has lubrication remind function. After every total running distance of 187 mile (300km), your treadmill needs to be maintained with oil. The system will remind with sound for every 10 seconds, and window will show “OIL”. This means that your treadmill needs to be lubricated with oil.

    Maintenance & Care General cleaning will help prolong the life and performance of your treadmill. Keep the unit clean and maintained by dusting the components on a regular basis. Clean both sides of the running belt to prevent dust from accumulating underneath the belt. Keep your running shoes clean so that dirt from your shoes does not wear out the running board and belt.

    Lubricating the Treadmill IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need to lubricate your treadmill before the first use. RUNNING BELTS & TREADMILL LUBRICANT: Lubricating the running board and running belt is essential as the friction between the two affects the life span and function of the treadmill, therefore it is suggested that the running board and belt be inspected regularly.
