CM9-487 PHOTOCELL SENSOR (50 FEET)
Photocell Sensor Installation
1. Plug the photo-sensor cable to the back of the circuit board box.
2. Press the reset button on the circuit board to activate the power for the alignment laser.
3. Use the included mounting brackets to mount the photocell sensor (minimum 21" off from ground).
4. Press the orange button on the photocell sensor to turn on the alignment laser.
5. Mount the reflector to the opposite side and make sure it leveled with the photocell sensor. Laser
beam must be inside of the laser effective zone (in side the red area (EXCEPT THE LETTER).
6. Press the orange button on the photo-sensor to turn off the alignment laser.

- Relay is power, IR Laser beam is inside reflector's effective zone (aligned).

- Relay is power, IR Laser beam is on the edge of the reflector (need minor adjustment).

- Relay is not power, or IR Laser beam is obstructed (not aligned).

Notes:
1. The photoccell sensor cannot be used for a detection area less than 6 inches.
2. The default sensor maximum range is 30ft. If you need longer range upgrade to 50ft (CM9-487).
3. if you need a longer photocell sensor wire, extend it by joining with another 20-22 AWG wire.
