Communication with Inverter: The EV-charger can work with the inverter system which supports communication with it to form an intelligent photovoltaic, storage and EV charging energy system. Through communicating with the inverter, the EV-charger can obtain the current information of the grid and PV and realize the smart control of different charging modes.
Page 29
PLEASE NOTE If the system has Control Export requirement, the EV-charger must communicate with the inverter. When communicating with the inverter, it is recommended to use a two-core cable as the communication cable since it is more waterproof. If users use eight-core cable as the communication cable, the white inverter connector must be used to allow the system to work normally.
Installation and Wiring WARNING • Only qualified personnel can perform mechanical installation following local regulations and requirements. • Check existing power cords or other piping in the wall to avoid electric shock or other damage. ATTENTION • Disconnect AC power before electrical connection. Do not work with the power turned on, otherwise electric shock may result.
