We are having difficulty pairing our rear camera. It was working fine and is new. We are getting a message on the front display saying insert ucv-1. Power lights on the rear camera are working and it is wired via car parking lights.

To resolve the pairing issue with the Haloview BT11 rear camera that displays the message "insert UCV-1," make sure the UCV-1 module is properly inserted into the system. The message indicates that the device is not detecting the required UCV-1 component, which is necessary for the camera to function. Check the connection of the UCV-1 and ensure it is securely plugged in. If the message persists, try reinserting the module or verifying that it is not damaged.
