Spraying instructions 1. During paint spraying, hold the gun upright to the surface of paint-object keep constant spraying distance 350~400mm.(Fig.3) 2. Move gun before starting the trigger. Move gun equably when spraying. At last, loosen the trigger and stop moving immediately. Adjust moving speed according to thickness of paint, spray pressure and the distance of gun to object (Fig.3).

Trouble shootings The normal problems for machine are: 1) The machine doesn’t absorb liquid. 2) It doesn’t spray. Please try the following solution: 1) Check if Inlet valve is in stickiness or leakage. If inlet valve is sticky, refer to (fig.1). Push the dustproof plug inside the inlet valve. To fill water into inlet valve and check whether it’s leaky.

When you install the diaphragm, you can lay the machine on back, add some oil on the back of diaphragm, then install the machine, which can speed up the air out.
