Hydraulic Jack LS-01 2,5T / WLS-01 2,5T User manual
1. Close the release valve (8) using the end of the jack lever (6) – by tightening the valve clockwise.
2. Roll the jack under the jacking point of the vehicle.
3. Slide the jack lever (6) into the jack socket (4). Start pumping up/down slowly until the jack saddle (1)
touches the vehicle support point.
4. Check the position of the jack saddle under the support point, making sure it is centred and correctly
positioned under the support point.
5. Continue pumping until the vehicle is raised to the desired height. observe the position of the jack saddle
when lifting to ensure that there is no danger of the vehicle slipping off the saddle.
6. After lifting, secure the vehicle to prevent it from falling, e.g. using vehicle supports.
Operation – lowering vehicle
Lowering Vehicle before lowering vehicle, be sure area under and near vehicle is clear of all persons and ob-
structions.
1. SLoWLY unscrew the release valve (8) using the jack lever (6) clockwise.
2. do not unscrew the release valve (8) more than required to slowly lower the vehicle.
3. Carefully lower the vehicle paying attention to speed. Lowering too quickly may cause damage to property
or injury.
4. When you have finished lowering the vehicle, remove the jack lever (6) from its socket (4) and remove the
jack from under the vehicle.
Maintenance
Safety valve
As an additional safety feature, the jack is equipped with a safety valve (9) which is factory set. it is not recom-
mended to adjust this valve yourself.
Adding oil and lubrication
Lower the lift arm completely and place it on a level surface. Remove the piston cover (3) and than remove the
oil filler plug. fill up the oil level only to the level of the lower edge of the oil filler. When adding or replacing
oil, always use SAe10 hydraulic jack oil. Avoid mixing types of oil. do not use motor oil or dirty oil. bleed the
hydraulic system and replace the oil filler plug. Check the operation of the jack. All moving parts on jack should
be lubricated every month with a general purpose grease to maintain efficient operation.
Bleeding the hydraulic system
Air bubbles can collect in the hydraulic system, which can impair lifting efficiency. To bleed the system, open the
release valve (8) and remove the oil filler plug. Then move the lever (6) located in the socket (4) vigorously a few
times to push the air out. Close the release valve and replace the oil filler plug. Check the operation of the jack.
Cleaning and storage
jack should be wiped clean with soft cloth only. do not use gasoline, kerosene, or other such solvents or any
abrasive cleanser. before storage, release pressure in hydraulic cylinder. Store jack on a level surface, in a clean
environment preferably indoors, in a dry area to protect jack from moisture.
Repairing
There are no user serviceable parts. only trained personnel should attempt any repairs or replacing of parts. Any
modifications to this jack will void all warranties.
