Programming of your new remote:
1. Assign a device to the network ("INCLUDE" function)
The only possibility to assign a device to the Z-Wavre network (any new controller is defined as a secondary
standard) is using the primary controller "PRIMARY". Each network has a primary controller and any other
controller will define as a secondary controller ("SECONDARY"). In the following figure is shown how to
assign a device to the network.
1. Press once the button « In/Ex».
4. The controller indicates that the
assignation is completed successfully
(two LED lights illuminate for 2-3
seconds).
A programming error may occur in the following cases:
−
the programming button was not pressed in the following 10 seconds, after the controller was
ready to add a new device;
− excessive distance between the module and the device to add;
−
the device belongs already to a different network. Select the function "EXCLUDE" and repeat the
process to adding the device on the network.

2. The controller signals that he's
ready to add a new device to the
network (external lights go on for
10s).
5. Programming error: the lights flash
for 2-3 seconds.

device for at least 0.5 seconds (refer
to the programming manual for this
device).
