Our units have been designed and manufactured in accordance with current technical standards. It is not permitted to make changes without prior consultation with our technical support.

    Personnel Operation, cleaning, maintenance, transport, assembly and disassembly may only be carried out by trained personnel. Repair work that goes beyond the scope of these assembly instructions may only be carried out by trained MÄDLER GmbH personnel.     The following environments are not permitted: The linear tables supplied are not intended for use in the following application environments: Vacuum chamber Clean room Environment with radiation Aerospace Storage: They must be stored in the transport packaging in a clean, frost-free, dry and corrosion-free environment. Safety measures and occupational health and safety: PPE (personal protective equipment) and accident prevention regulations must be observed.

If external damage or loose screws or components are visible, please take a photo as proof and inform us immediately.

    WARRANTY INFORMATION Our linear axes have been thoroughly tested and inspected and have left our workshop without any safety- related faults. MÄDLER GmbH linear axes are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery, naturally to be free from material defects and to fulfil all the specifications that characterise them. The warranty service is limited to the repair and readjustment of items, even if they are defective or do not comply with regulations.

    STRUCTURE AND CONNECTION Description of the linear axis: This linear axis with ball screw drive is a mechanical system that enables linear movements. It consists of a ball screw that converts a rotary motion into a linear translational motion and a guide rail that directs the motion in one direction.

    Structure of the linear axis with accessories The structure of the linear axis consists of several key components. A protection cover shields the mechanism from dust and debris, while the actuator is responsible for the linear motion along the guide rail. The sensor system, which includes a sensor track and sensors, monitors both position and movement.
