Volume Tips Use your phone’s volume controls first. If the headset isn’t loud enough at max volume on your phone, increase it using the headset’s + button. Experiment with where the bone conduction pads sit on your head to find the most comfortable placement that produces the best sound. - Page 9 Earplugs Earplugs can improve audio performance by reducing the impact of ambient noise.

To do this, when the headset is on: Hold both buttons down at the same time and you will hear a tone to confirm that hard pairing has activated.
