Usage Instructions
To power the speaker, connect the USB cable of the speaker to a computer or device with a USB port. Make sure that the connection is secure, and the speaker will begin to function.

FAQ
Q1: Why is there no sound coming from the speaker?
A: Please ensure that the speaker is connected to your device via the USB cable securely. Please double check to make sure that the device is not muted and the volume is turned up. If the speaker is securely connected and the volume is turned up on your device, attempt to disconnect and reconnect the speaker. If the problem persists, please contact our support at cs@nexipc.com.
Q2: Why is the sound from the speaker distorted?
A: Overly loud noises can distort or reduce the quality of the sound. Please attempt to decrease the volume of the media source.
Q3: How can I decrease the background noise when there is no source playing?
A: This can be resolved by reducing the volume of the speaker itself.
Q4: How do I control the volume of the speaker?
A: The speaker itself does not have a volume control knob. You can only adjust the output of the speaker by adjusting the volume of the connected device.

- When not in use, it is recommended that you disconnect the speaker and store it safely.
- This product cannot be used and/or stored in high humidity conditions.
- To ensure longevity and lifespan of the speaker, protect it from dust and do not stack heavy objects on it.
- If the speaker is inoperable but does not show signs of damage, please exercise the warranty or dispose of the item.
- If the speaker is damaged, please exercise the warranty or dispose of the item. DO NOT attempt to open and repair it independently.
