Controlling the music player

Tap (Media Controller) on the Apps screen.

Select Phone or Watch.
When you select Phone, music will play from the connected phone's music app and
you can control the music player with your Watch.
When you select Watch, music will play from your Watch's music app and you can
listen to music with your Watch's speaker or a connected Bluetooth headset.
Restart the currently playing
file or skip to the previous file.
Touch and hold to move
backwards quickly.
Select the audio output.

Play video on the connected phone.

You can control the video player with your Watch.
Skip to the next file. Touch and
hold to move forwards quickly.
Pause and resume playback.
Adjust the volume.
