- Page 4 Setup and Operation Power bank connection Please connect the device to the power bank, turn on the power bank and the product is in standby, then refer to below operation instruction. Operation instruction POWER BUTTON (ON/OFF) Press the button on the device and hold on for 2 seconds to turn on the device and activate Heat function at high level.
