Home Screen The Home screen serves as the start of your experience. You can customize your Home screen wallpaper and clock format using the Settings app. From the status bar, you can view both phone status (to the right side) and notification information (to the left side)

Notifications Notification icons on the Status Bar display calendar events, device status, and much more. The status bar will display the notification icon when you receive a notification. The Notifications view shows a list of all your recent notifications. Depending on your settings, you may hear a sound, see the light, or feel the phone vibrate.

Explore Phone Quick Volume Adjustments The Volume key on the phone's right side is used to adjust the ringer and earpiece volume quickly. • The Volume up key increases the volume. • The Volume down key decreases the volume. Vibrate Mode It turns OFF ringing and sets the phone to vibration.

Troubleshooting Here are a few things you can try before contacting the service center. My phone has not responded for several minutes. • Restart your phone by pressing and holding the End/Power Key. My phone turns off by itself. • Check that your screen is locked when you are not using your phone, and make sure the End/Power Key is not incorrectly used due to an unlocked screen.

Unable to make outgoing calls. • Make sure you have dialed a valid number and have pressed the Call Key . • For international calls, check the country and area codes. • Make sure your phone is connected to a network and the network is not overloaded or unavailable.

• Check the network strength . • Ensure that your phone's receiver, connector, or speaker is clean. I am unable to add a contact to my contacts • Make sure that your SIM card contacts are not full; delete some files or save the files in the phone contacts. My callers are unable to leave messages on my voicemail.
