Smart AC Bridge
Installation Guide
This install guide will walk you through the hardware
installation process for the AirTouch Smart AC Bridge.
Before Getting Started
Please ensure the AirTouch 5 Main Module is has been updated to the latest version.
• From the AirTouch 5 Console Home Screen press the Quick Menu (top right) then locate the
Update button under Settings > Options
Note: Smart AC Bridge will not function with any version of Main Module firmware earlier than V2.0.0.3
Connecting Smart AC Bridge
After placing Smart AC Bridge in range of a Wi-Fi access point, ensure your AirTouch 5 Main Module is
powered OFF. Plug the included (right latch) RJ12 cable into the port on the Smart AC Bridge and then the
port on the side of your existing AirTouch 5 Main Module labelled HomeKit (next to the RS-485 port) .
