Connecting the AirTouch Beam
This guide, will walk you through a detailed set-up of how to connect the AirTouch Beam
Powering on the device
1. Unbox your AirTouch Beam device.
2. Plug in the device using the provided USB cable and power adapter.
3. The LED indicator will blink green, indicating it's ready for setup.
Optimal placement and range
• Line of Sight: Place the AirTouch Beam within
a clear line of sight to your Air Conditioner (AC).
• Distance: For best results, place the device within
4 meters of your AC – Place it in a convenient
location as close to your unit as possible.
• Your Beam device may work up to 10 meters
away from your AC depending on the conditions.

Adding your device to the App
1. Open the AirTouch Beam app.
2. Create or Sign In to your AirTouch account.
Note: Email address must be verified to start the setup process. Check junk mail for verification email.
3. Create your Location – this will confirm the location of AirTouch Beam.
4. Tap "Add Device" on the app's home screen.
5. Ensure your Beam device is on, and the LED light is flashing Light Blue to indicate paring mode.
• Avoid Obstacles: Ensure no objects block the
infrared signal.
• Mounting Suggestions:
- Wall Mounting: Use adhesive strips or screws.
- Shelf Placement: Position on a stable surface.
• Environmental Factors: Keep the device away
from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme
temperatures.
