3. Press and hold the MASSAGE button for 3-5 seconds. The massage function will turn on.
There are 7 massage modes. Press the MASSAGE button again to advance to the next mode.
4. To activate the heat, press the heat button. The first heat setting, Low/Green (104°F), will
activate. Press the heat button again to change to Medium/Blue (122°F). Press it once more to
change to High/Red (140°F).
5. To manually select a heat setting, press the HEAT button to cycle through all 3 options.
6. To turn off the Massage and/or Heat functions, press and hold the corresponding button(s) for
3-5 seconds.
NOTE: The automatic safety timer will turn off the massage and heat after 30 minutes.
