INTRODUCTION
The Cordless Decompression Massage Belt helps alleviate pain and stiffness with a
combination of massage, heat, infrared light and magnets, plus inflatable support to
decompress the vertebrae in the lumbar area.

CHARGING THE DEVICE
1. Charge the device fully before use.
2. Use only the power adapter/charger supplied with this device.
3. The adapter will display a RED light while charging. The adapter will display a GREEN light
when fully charged. NOTE: A full charge will provide about 5 hours of usage.
OPERATION
1. Secure the belt around your waist with the hook-and-loop strap. Attach the included
extender belt if needed.
2. Use the included hand pump to inflate the lumbar section. As the lumbar support inflates,
it relieves pressure on the discs in the lower back by extending the spine. To decrease the
pressure, press the air release button located on the bulb.
