- Page 2 QUICK START UP INSTRUCTIONS Plug PAEDIATRIC HAL into the ▸ mains using his charger. The mains port is located on his left ▸ flank. CONNECT CHARGER TO ▸ PAEDIATRIC HAL FIRST BEFORE CONNECTING TO THE MAINS.
- Page 3 Turn on the controller tablet using the silver button located ▸ at the top left hand side.
- Page 4 Turn on the monitor tablet by pressing the button located ▸ in the middle of the right hand side.
- Page 5 Ensure both tablets are connected on the same network. ▸ Usually gaumard01.
- Page 6 On the controller tablet select the UNI icon. ▸ Once loaded select PAEDIATRIC HAL and start. ▸ Wait for the controller tablet to connect and PAEDIATRIC ▸ HAL to start up.
- Page 7 On the monitor tablet select the Gaumard Monitors icon. ▸ Once both have started and connected you can adjust the ▸ settings to fit your scenario.
- Page 8 SHUT DOWN INSTRUCTIONS On the controller tablet select the x located at the top right ▸ of the screen. Then select start at the bottom left corner and turn off ▸ computer.

- Page 10 Ensure you pack PAEDIATRIC HAL and ▸ charger securely into his carry case. Pack laptops with there charger into the ▸ bags provided. Ensure that you also return any other ▸ loaned equipment back to GAPS.
