Insert the Vas Deferens tubing through the smaller opening of the chosen testis. Pull the Vas Deferens through the testis and tie a knot at the end to secure it.

  • Page 13 S230.200 ADVANCED ZACK™ | USER GUIDE Vas Deferens The Vas Deferens Assembly is simulated with a 48 inch length of tubing loaded onto a reel that is pre- installed in the simulator. An additional Vas Deferens Assembly is provided to reload the reel as needed. NOTE: The Vas Deferens mechanism is internally installed on the simulator and contains a reel of tubing.

To fill the bladder: Obtain the syringe from the "Fill and Drain Kit" and screw the fill connector to the syringe. Fill the syringe with clean distilled water.

    S230.200 ADVANCED ZACK™ | USER GUIDE 4.4 CATHETERIZATION To catheterize the Advanced ZACK: Fill the bladder as instructed in the previous section. Obtain the recommended device sized catheter and lubricate with the appropriate mineral oil. Insert the lubricated catheter into the urethra to an appropriate distance and have a waste collection container nearby to collect fluid.

    S230.200 ADVANCED ZACK™ | USER GUIDE 5. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 5.1 REPLACING THE VAS DEFERENS Remove Empty Reel To access the Vas Deferens to reload the reel: Remove the scrotum and testes. Loosen the top two screws on the back panel and remove the white cover. Remove the rest of the back screws and panel.
  • Page 22 S230.200 ADVANCED ZACK™ | USER GUIDE Locate the Vas Deferens reel. Remove the Vas Deferens reel by pulling outward. NOTE: The reel is connected by a quick release pin. It will require a moderate amount of force to disengage it and pull the reel completely out. Set the Vas Deferens reel aside and retrieve the spare Vas Deferens Assembly tubing.
  • Page 23 S230.200 ADVANCED ZACK™ | USER GUIDE Reloading the Reel with Vas Deferens Assembly Tubing Slide the metal reel retainer off the top of the reel. Gather the spare Vas Deferens Assembly tubing and insert the ends of the tubing into the holes on the reel. With the pin on the reel facing you, wrap the Vas Deferens Assembly tubing onto the reel in a counterclockwise direction.

Gather the two Vans Deferens tubes and insert it into the clear hose that leads down towards the outside of the simulator. Continue to insert the Vas Deferens tubing through the simulator until the tubing can be pulled from the outside of the simulator.

    S230.200 ADVANCED ZACK™ | USER GUIDE 5.2 CLEANING THE COLON & RECTUM It is not recommended to fill the colon or rectum with any solids or fluids. However, due to the insertion of lubricated colonoscopy devices it may be necessary to routinely flush out excess lubricant. To gain access to the colon and rectum for cleaning: Loosen the top two screws on the back panel and remove the white cover.

    Payment. Customer shall pay all invoiced amounts within twenty (20) days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon by Gaumard in writing. Gaumard may require some or all of the purchase price to be paid in advance by Customer, unless Gaumard grants credit approval as determined in Gaumard’s sole discretion on a case by case basis (taking into account factors such as credit rating, payment history, and size of order).

BY USING THE GAUMARD SOFTWARE, END USER IS AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
