- Page 15 Print Information Report When the printer is initially installed or there is any problem with the printer, self-test procedure can be executed to confirm the following status, firmware version, printer parameter setting, print quality, external settings and other related setting information. If it is found after the self-test that there is no problem with the printer, please check other devices or software.

Press and hold the Pause and Feed key at the same time, and turn on the printer, release the Pause and Feed key until the printer’s power (blue) indicator is on, and the error (red) indicator is off, then clear the data downloaded into the internal memory (DRAM) of the printer, and restore the printer parameters to the factory defaults.
