  • Page 29 Operating instructions 4.10 Synchronization The LIGHTmetric ONE can be connected to a camera using a standard flash sync cable. The device automatically recognizes whether the 3.5 mm jack plug has been plugged into the corresponding socket. As soon as the flash synchronization pulse is detected via the cable, a measurement is started.
