Branick TCS-40 Installation Instructions

The TCS-40 is designed to aid in transporting
heavy tire stacks by taking strain off the operator. In
some instances, with shorter tire stacks, the cart
would be easier to operate with the support arms
stored away so the cart can be leaned further back.

1. Support Arm – Left (1)
2. Support Arm – Right (1)
3. U-bolt with nuts (6)
4. 1/4 Washer (12)
5. Spacing Guide (1)
Installation_______________________________________________________________
1. Unpack and remove kit from shipping
carton. Position the Tire Cart on its side.
Use a 4 x 4 block or the carton the kit
came in to help support the handle of the
cart (Figure 1).
2. Match one side of the TCS-40 Kit with the
side of the cart that is facing up, making
sure the arm is in the stored position
(Figure 2).

Instructions
The TCS-40 is only intended for transport use. Do
not load or unload tires from the cart while
resting on the support arms. Doing so may result
in the cart moving or tipping forward, potentially
causing damage to the cart, surroundings, or
personnel.

  • Page 1 (Figure 1). Figure 1 2. Match one side of the TCS-40 Kit with the side of the cart that is facing up, making sure the arm is in the stored position (Figure 2).
  • Page 2 Install the three U-bolts, along with the six washers and nuts supplied. Do not tighten yet. Align the bottom edge of the TCS-40 mounting plate with the other side of the guide (Figure 3). Tighten the U-bolts and double check alignment in case of movement.
