HERE
Warning: The Luminaire should only be used complete with its protective shield (cover)
Note: To achieve IP68 rating, use round cable (size 5-10mm) to suit entry gland supplied with fixture.
If cable is damaged replace with cable supplied by LUMASCAPE only.
WARNING
DO NOT SHORTEN, INTERFERE OR DISCONNECT CABLE FROM FITTING. WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF CABLE ASSEMBLY IS TAMPERED WITH.
CAUTION - HOT BULBS. Keep Away From Curtains And Other Combustible Material.

INSTALLATION - LS333ANS-2 WET NICHE
To aid installation of the cable the number of elbows and bends should be
kept to a bare minimum also using 25mm conduit is highly recommended.
Check cable length required taking into account voltage drop and distance to
transformer - see over.
Locate niche in pool and wire 3 connecting points to reinforcing bars. The 20mm
(0.79in) conduit entry should be at top of niche. Although some variation is
accommodated by the outer cover system on the fixture, care should be taken to
position the niche level and to allow for pool finishing materials (fig 1). Connect
conduit to conduit entry with suitable conduit sealant. Use supplied adaptor if
necessary. Run the conduit above water level, to site of 12V transformer.
Fit fibreboard shield to opening of niche before concreting. Ensure no concrete
enters niche.
Encase niche and conduit in concrete. Once in place, finish surface of pool flush
with front of niche.
4. Feed cable into niche, allowing sufficient free cable in niche to
allow the fitting to be placed on the poolside for re-lamping. A
maximum of 1.3m of cable can be coiled inside the niche.
5. Firmly tighten cable gland on the inside of niche to seal cable
entry (fig 3).
Connect to a suitable 12V isolating transformer. Follow SAA wiring
rules for connection and location of transformer. Do not loose joint
cable underwater.
6. Test the fitting for correct operation. Run for 5 minutes without lids or
seal to remove any moisture from fitting.
7. Ensure there is no sand or grit on sealing area or retaining screw
threads. Replace seal. Tighten retaining screws firmly to maintain
maximum seal. Replace outer cover and insert screws through
seal.
8. Coil free cable inside niche and install fitting in niche by screwing
long outer cover screws into niche brackets. (fig 4) Coil cable inside
fitting with care. Do not double coils over, or fitting will be difficult to
remove from niche.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT RUN ASSEMBLED FIXTURE DRY. Pool
should be full before lighting.
Note: Thermal protection device installed.
1. Do not locate fitting near heat sources.
2. Connect to maximum of 12V input.
3. Chlorine levels must be kept below 4 parts per million. Higher
levels may cause corrosion to the fixture and void warranty.

RELAMPING
Remove lamp gimbal from body of fitting.
Gently pull on the lamp holder leads to
remove heatshield/ lamp assembly from
gimbal ring (fig 4).
Once removed, take the rim of the lamp
between your thumb and forefinger. The
slots provided in the heatshield allow for
ease of grip. Pull to remove lamp.
IMPORTANT
When Installing or re-lamping, the thermal cutout MUST be
repositioned beneath the terminal block mounting bracket,
within the LS333 fixture (refer fig 3). Failure to do this will
cause the fixture to cycle.
