The throttle control should freely move in a full range of motion forward and backward. If necessary, the throttle cable can be adjusted as follows: FOR HONDA ENGINES: 1.

Pulling the handle up raises the tines so the aerator can be moved or transported without incurring damage to the unit or the turf. Clutch Control Handle (Bail) B - Engages the belt tightener clutch.
