Remove the rear grill locking ring from the motor by turning it counter-clockwise. 2. Place the rear grill onto the motor housing aligning the 3 raised knobs on the top of the motor housing with the 3 holes on the rear grill and make sure the indents of the rear grill is on the bottom.
