Page 3 1. Lieferumfang: Brennofen ohne Temperatursteuerung. 2. Einsatzgebiet: Der Ofen ist geeignet für die Durchführung aller Brenntechniken im Brennbereich von 400° C bis 1100° C, z.B. Glas, Email- und Keramikbrand, sowie das Glühen und Härten von Metallen und Werkzeugen. Der Ofen ist nicht geeignet für Veraschungen von organischen Materialien. Hierzu werden Öfen mit einem Abzug benötigt.
Page 4 6. Auspacken und Handhabung: Heben Sie den Ofen beim Auspacken oder Transportieren stets an der Unterseite hoch. Heben Sie ihn nie an der Tür, am Elektrokabel oder am Elektroanschluss an. Entfernen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme das komplette Verpackungsmaterial vom Ofen, von der Tür und aus der Brennkammer.
Page 5 10.Pflege: Im Inneren der Kammer können sich Rußablagerungen bilden. Entfernen Sie diese bei Bedarf. Hierzu betreiben Sie den leeren Ofen 45 Min bei Maximaltemperatur um die Isolierung und Heizelemente vom Ruß frei zu brennen. Die Außenflächen des Ofens können, in abgekühlten Zustand, mit einem feuchten Tuch gesäu- bert werden.

Page 9 1. Items delivered with the kiln: Kiln without a temperature control device. 2. Range of application: The kiln is suited for all firing techniques for firing temperatures from 400 °C to 1100 °C, e.g. for firing glass, enamels and ceramics, as well as for annealing and hardening of metals and tools.
Page 10 6. Unpacking and handling: When unpacking or transporting the kiln, always hold the lower side of the kiln to lift it. Never lift the kiln by holding the door, cable or the mains connector. Before putting the kiln into service, remove all packaging material from the kiln, the door and the firing chamber.
Page 11 10. Care and maintenance: Deposits of black soot may arise inside the firing chamber. Remove these deposits when neces- sary by operating the empty kiln at the maximum temperature for 45 minutes in order to burn the soot away from the heating elements and the insulation. The outside of the kiln may be cleaned with a damp cloth, when the kiln has cooled down.

Domaine d'utilisation : Ce four de cuisson est approprié à toutes les techniques de cuisson dans un domaine de tem- pératures compris entre 400 °C et 1100 °C, telle que la cuisson de verre, émail et céramique, ainsi que la recuisson et le trempage de métaux et d'outils.

Campo d’impiego: Il forno è idoneo all’esecuzione di tutte le tecniche di cottura con temperature comprese tra i 400 e i 1100 °C, ad e-sempio per la cottura del vetro, di smalti e della ceramica, oltre che per la ricottura e la tempra di metalli e utensili.
Page 22 6. Disimballaggio e manipolazione: Disimballare o trasportare il forno sollevandolo sempre dal lato inferiore. Non sollevarlo mai afferrandolo per lo sportello, per il cavo elettrico o la presa elettrica. Prima di mettere in servi- zio il forno, rimuovere tutto il materiale d’imballaggio dal forno, dallo sportello e dalla camera riscaldante.

Pulizia: All’interno della camera possono formarsi incrostazioni di fuliggine che vanno rimosse in caso di necessità, facendo funzionare il forno vuoto per 45 minuti alla temperatura massima, in modo da bruciare le particelle di fuliggine depositatesi sull’isolamento e sugli elementi riscal- danti.
